Return Process

  Ensure your item is in brand-new, hair-free condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your K9 Sport Sack® to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size.
